Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and favorable driving record.
• Possession of Certified Pennsylvania Evaluator (CPE) certification or ability to obtain within one year.
• Training costs reimbursed if leaving before 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform field inspections and data verification for property assessments.
• Maintain property records and mapping/GIS data.
• Assist public, surveyors, lawyers with parcel and assessment questions.
• Support Chief Assessor and staff; prepare record cards.
