State Farm is seeking a Property Field Inspection Claim Specialist to join our team. You will conduct on-site inspections for residential and commercial claims, assess damages, and gather evidence to support timely claim resolutions while delivering Remarkable service.

This remote-field role requires travel within designated territories, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work flexible hours. Experience with insurance claims and strong communication are valued.

Responsabilités

• Conduct on-site property inspections for residential and commercial claims.
• Collaborate with policyholders, agents, and other involved parties to gather information and resolve claims efficiently.
• Explain coverage and guide insureds through the claims process while providing Remarkable service.
• Gather necessary evidence, document findings, and prepare detailed reports to support the claims handling process.
• Investigate and adjust personal and commercial property claims with exposures up to $500,000.
• Evaluate coverage and policy terms to determine claim validity and regulatory compliance.
• Negotiate and settle claims within authorized limits.
