• Solid knowledge of casualty coverages and claim processes.

Responsibilities

• Investigates origin and cause of claims with insureds, claimants, and other parties.
• Handles claims on a good faith basis across multiple policy types.
• Conducts on-site inspections, evaluates damages, and negotiates settlements.
• Communicates status and decisions to all parties involved.
