Qualifications

• 3+ years of Property Management experience.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager is required.
• Valid Indiana Driver's License and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of property management operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
• Manage contracts with vendors and service providers to maintain high standards of property upkeep.
• Complete resident renewals.
• Touring prospects through the community and follow up on all leads to maintain high occupancy.
• Maintain accurate legal administrative files related to property operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
