Job summary

Kimco Realty is seeking a Manager, Development and Construction Coordination to lead a team of Development Coordinators and Construction Coordinators, oversee training, workflow, and adherence to company policies.

The role focuses on ensuring timely, accurate work product, maintaining organized documentation, and driving process improvements across development, construction, and accounting teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction administration or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel; MRI experience is a plus.
  • Prior supervisory experience leading and developing a team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage project-related paperwork production for allocated portfolio.
  • Review weekly executed leases, amendments, and other documents to extract key information and maintain organized folders and tracking tools.
  • Partner with the National Director to implement, maintain, and enhance policies and procedures to improve efficiency, consistency, and productivity.
  • Prepare, analyze, and manage reports in collaboration with the National Director.
  • Lead training, onboarding, and ongoing development of new and existing team members.
  • Monitor workload, prioritize assignments, and provide day-to-day guidance for timely and accurate completion of work.
  • Review output for quality, completeness, and compliance with internal standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Coordinate vendor certificates of insurance and track contractual paperwork.
  • Process tenant reimbursement invoices, tenant allowances, applications for payment, and retainage releases.
  • Manage new tenant and vendor setups in systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with Development, Construction, Accounting, and other teams to support project execution and issue resolution.
  • Assist with escalations and process improvements.
  • Assist with internal communications and distribute memorandums as needed.
  • Lead or participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.

Description:

Requirements:
