Job summary

LaBella Associates is seeking a Project Manager for Property and Construction Risk Services. The role focuses on PCA, cost reviews, and pay applications, with project management oversight and QA/QC responsibilities.

Travel to multiple sites will be required as part of client service and due diligence efforts. Ideal candidates have a 5–7 year background in construction-related fields and familiarity with ASTM E2018 and related regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, or engineering.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in construction or related fields such as architecture, construction management or engineering.
• Experience completing Property Condition Assessments, Plan and Cost Reviews, and Pay Application Reviews/Construction Draw Inspections for commercial lending.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing client-specific report templates and QA/QC for reports.
• Develop proposals and budgets for property and construction risk projects.
• Manage projects, track schedules, ensure client requirements, review invoicing.
• Assist in training LaBella staff on technical reporting for risk projects.
• Support business development with the existing PM and BD teams.
• Travel periodically across LaBella’s footprint for events, fieldwork, and training.
