LaBella Associates is seeking a Project Manager for Property and Construction Risk Services. The role focuses on Property Condition Assessments, Plan/Cost Reviews, and Pay Application Reviews for commercial lending projects, aligning with the program manager and QA/QC standards.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in construction or related fields, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong technical writing, client coordination, and travel readiness across the firm’s footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, or engineering.
• Five to seven years of relevant experience in construction or related field.
• Experience with Property Condition Assessments, Plan/Cost Reviews, and Pay Applications.
• Ability to review, edit, and QA/QC due diligence reports.
• Strong technical writing and client coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing client-specific report templates and QA/QC for reports.
• Prepare proposals and budgets for property and construction risk projects.
• Manage projects, track schedules, meet client requirements, review invoicing.
• Train staff on technical reporting for risk-related projects.
• Support business development with lenders, developers, and clients.
• Travel within LaBella’s footprint for networking, fieldwork, and training.
