Job summary

LaBella Associates seeks a Project Manager for Property and Construction Risk Services to lead PCA and draw inspection work, ensure QA/QC, and manage schedules and budgets. You will train staff, contribute to proposals, and travel for project work across the firm's footprint.

The role requires 5–7 years in construction-related fields, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong technical writing. Office-based with occasional travel in the eastern U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in architecture, construction management, or engineering.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in construction or construction-related field.
• Experience with Property Condition Assessments, Plan/Cost Reviews, and Pay App Reviews/Draw Inspections.
• Ability to QA/QC due diligence reports.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent technical writing skills.
• Strong team collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop client-specific report templates and QA/QC for reports.
• Prepare proposals and budgets for risk-related projects.
• Manage risk-related projects including schedules and invoicing.
• Train staff on reporting for risk-related projects.
• Support business development with lenders, developers, and clients.
• Travel as needed across LaBella’s footprint.
