Job summary

LaBella Associates is seeking a Project Manager for Property and Construction Risk within our Environmental Due Diligence Program. You will oversee the preparation and quality control of PCA-related reports, draw inspections, and risk assessments for commercial lending, coordinating with the Program Manager and other teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in architecture, construction management, or engineering.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in construction or related field.
• Experience in Property Condition Assessments, Plan and Cost Reviews, and Pay Application Reviews/Construction Draw Inspections.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing client-specific report templates and QA/QC for reports.
• Prepare proposals and budgets for property and construction risk projects.
• Manage projects, track schedules, ensure client requirements are met, and review invoicing.
