Job summary

LaBella Associates is seeking a Project Manager for Property and Construction Risk Services to lead property condition assessments, plan and cost reviews, and pay application inspections in support of commercial lending. The role emphasizes client-ready reporting, QA/QC, and effective coordination across teams.

You will mentor staff, manage multiple projects, and contribute to business development while traveling as needed within LaBella’s footprint to meet client needs and project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in architecture, construction management, or engineering.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in construction or related fields such as architecture, construction management or engineering.
• Experience completing Property Condition Assessments, Plan and Cost Reviews, and Pay Application/Draw Inspections.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of client-specific report templates and QA/QC for reports.
• Develop Proposals and budgets for property and construction risk projects.
• Manage projects, track schedules, ensure client requirements, review invoicing.
• Train staff on reporting for property and construction risk.
• Engage in targeted business development with lenders, developers, and clients.
• Travel within LaBella’s footprint for events, fieldwork, and training.
