Job summary

LaBella Associates is seeking a Project Manager for Property and Construction Risk Services. The role focuses on Property Condition Assessments, cost reviews, and draw inspections to support commercial lending.

You will manage deliverables, mentor staff, and contribute to client proposals. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in construction or related fields, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong QA/QC skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in architecture, construction management, or engineering.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in construction or related fields.
• Experience with Property Condition Assessments, Plan/Cost Reviews, and Pay Application Reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop client-specific report templates and QA/QC for reports.
• Prepare proposals and budgets for property and construction risk projects.
• Manage projects, track schedules, meet client requirements, and review invoicing.
• Train staff on technical reporting for risk projects as needed.
• Support business development with lenders, developers, and clients.
• Travel within LaBella’s footprint, including overnight visits.
