LaBella Associates in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Project Manager for Property and Construction Risk Services with five to seven years of relevant experience in PCA, plan and cost reviews, and pay application inspections. The role focuses on due diligence for commercial lending and reports to the Program Manager.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, or engineering, strong QA/QC skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects, travel as needed,

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management or engineering is required.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in construction or related fields.
• Experience with Property Condition Assessments, Plan & Cost Reviews, and Pay Applications.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in developing client-specific report templates and QA/QC for reports.
• Develop and prepare proposals and budgets for risk-related projects.
• Project management for risk-related projects, tracking schedules and invoicing.
• Assist in training staff on technical aspects and reporting.
• Support business development with the existing team.
• Travel periodically within LaBella’s footprint for events and training.
