Xyant Technology is seeking a Property Administrator for a 6 months contract in Richardson, TX. The role will be onsite and reports to the Site Customer Property Manager. The hourly pay is $23/hr with responsibilities spanning property compliance, cycle counts, and interfacing with government and prime customers.

The ideal candidate will support multiple programs, align with site property procedures, and ensure timely property status reporting to stakeholders.

• Support to customer property compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Assure compliance to contract requirements, regulations, and RTX/Site/Our client’s policies and procedures for managing customer property.
• Perform cycle count inventory
• Assist with warehouse property management
• Interface with site leadership and functional personnel to ensure compliance with established processes and procedures.
• Generate and provide accurate and timely property status reports and metrics for management and internal and external customers.
• Perform property closeout activities.
• Partner with Contract Management organization to ensure property management related requirements are executed as needed.
• Comply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements, and support EH&S efforts to improve practices
• Comply with applicable Global Trade Compliance (GTC) policies and procedures.
