Job summary

Butler America Aerospace, Richardson, TX, is seeking a Property Admin to support compliance with customer and government property requirements across multiple programs. This role interfaces with the central property organization, government customers, prime contractors, auditing agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Effective writing and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and drive change.
• US Citizen required due to Program & Projects requirement.

Responsibilities

• Assure compliance to contract requirements, regulations, and policies and procedures for managing customer property.
• Perform cycle count inventory.
• Assist with warehouse property management.
• Interface with site leadership and functional personnel to ensure compliance with established processes and procedures.
• Generate and provide accurate and timely property status reports and metrics for management and internal and external customers.
• Perform property closeout activities.
• Partner with Contract Management organization to ensure property management related requirements are executed as needed.
• Comply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements, and support EH&S efforts to improve practices
• Comply with applicable Global Trade Compliance (GTC) policies and procedures.
