Job summary

Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is seeking a self-motivated Property Admin in Richardson, TX to support customer and government property requirements across multiple programs.

The role interfaces with the central property organization, government customers, prime contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliant property management. Responsibilities include property compliance, cycle counts, warehouse property management, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Assure compliance to contract requirements, regulations, and policies for managing customer property.
• Perform cycle count inventory.
• Assist with warehouse property management.
• Interface with site leadership to ensure compliance with processes and procedures.
• Generate and provide property status reports and metrics for stakeholders.
• Perform property closeout activities.
• Coordinate with Contract Management on property-related requirements.
• Comply with EH&S policy and Global Trade Compliance policies.
