Job summary

Idaho National Laboratory is seeking a Property Management professional to coordinate property management activities, including off-site shipping approvals for radioactive and hazardous materials, and to review contracts for high-risk property. You will assign proper property categorization and ensure compliance with CFR, ECCN, and export control guidelines.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent with 4–6 years of experience for Level 3/4.
Valid driver's license.
Experience using enterprise software such as Asset Suite.
Experience with Microsoft Excel (sorting, manipulating, and noting data with conditional formatting).

Responsibilities

Coordinate and perform property management functions, including acknowledgements and reviews of off-site shipping documents for radioactive and hazardous materials.
Interface with federal agencies and external customers as the Property Services point of contact.
Review contracts to identify high-risk property and determine proper categorization (including CFR, ECCN, ME/MEC).
Identify and classify incoming property, materials, and equipment; apply proliferation and export control guidelines.
Document category determinations and present recommendations to Property Services management.
