Qualifications

• Level 3 or Level 4 requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 4–6 years of experience.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Experience using enterprise software such as Asset Suite.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel (sorting, manipulation, and citation with conditional formatting).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform various property management functions, including property acknowledgments and off-site shipping document reviews.
• Review contracts for high-risk property and determine correct property categorization under CFR, ECCN, and other guidelines.
• Maintain property records and ensure audit trails for all property transactions.
• Interface with federal agencies and external customers; act as point of contact for property loans/exchanges.
• Produce reports from property systems and support compliance with export and proliferation regulations.
