Related Group, a leading real estate company, is seeking a Property Manager in the Orlando area to oversee leasing, occupancy, and day-to-day operations of assigned properties. You will prepare lease or rental agreements, manage bookkeeping tasks, and coordinate maintenance and vendor services within the approved budget.

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Experience in property management or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of lease administration and budgeting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares lease or rental agreements for lessees and collects rents.
• Directs bookkeeping functions and manages receipts and disbursements.
• Arranges maintenance, upkeep, and reconditioning per annual budget.
• Oversees security, maintenance, and groundskeeping personnel when needed.
• Procures supplies and equipment for leased properties within budget.
• Reports on occupancy rates and lease expirations to owners.
• Supports clients with financing, purchasing or selling property.
• Maintains periodic inventory of building contents and condition.
• Contracts utilities for tenant service transfers.
• Assists with tenant evictions per court orders.
