Job summary

The Related Group is seeking a Property Manager to oversee lease administration, rent collection, and on-site operations across our managed properties. A two-year degree or equivalent experience is required, with opportunities for growth within a premier multi-state portfolio.

Your responsibilities include budgeting coordination, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring lease compliance and court-order procedures. This role offers a stable path within a leading real estate group.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in property management or related duties preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares lease or rental agreements for lessees and collects rents.
• Directs bookkeeping functions, credits receipts, and disburses payments.
• Arranges for alterations, maintenance, or reconditioning of property in line with the Annual Operating Budget.
• Manages contracts for security, maintenance and onsite staff as required.
• Purchases supplies and equipment for leased properties per the Budget.
• Directs reports on occupancy, lease expirations and property condition.
• Provides support on financing, purchasing or selling of property.
• Assists with evictions following court orders.
