The role requires coordinating leasing, maintenance, and administrative processes to deliver exceptional service and measurable results across the property.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading or being part of a team to meet goals.
• Track record in property operations and leasing is preferred.
• Willingness to work hours including some nights and weekends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and openness to learning new tools.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor, and coach team members to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Develop the team by providing training and resources needed to excel.
• Address and resolve customer service concerns promptly and professionally.
• Promote a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Ensure daily tasks and follow-ups are completed and documented.
• Maintain a high energy and professional demeanor.
• Manage on-site revenue and expenses and explain monthly variances.
• Maximize income opportunities through strategic pricing and ancillary opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and improved efficiencies in operations.
• Proactively implement solutions when occupancy is below budget.
