MG Properties in San Diego, CA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance and repair at a beautiful community. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will diagnose, delegate, and supervise routine tasks while ensuring safety and high-quality workmanship.

You will lead maintenance staff, coordinate scheduling, maintain preventive maintenance records, and strive for excellent resident service across a 150-unit property and other assigned communities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.
• Maintenance experience on properties with at least 150 units.
• Experience in all trades.
• Team player with strong customer service.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform or delegate routine maintenance.
• Oversee and inspect maintenance staff work.
• Coordinate and direct maintenance staff scheduling.
• Conduct regular safety meetings.
• Maintain records of preventive maintenance and expenditures.
• Coordinate or perform equipment maintenance.
