The Dinerstein Companies is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead our on-site team and drive successful lease-up for our community. You will be the face of the property, managing pricing, availability, lead follow-up, and tour coordination while guiding a staff of Leasing Professionals and Community Assistants.

You will collaborate with property and corporate teams to deploy tailored marketing strategies, ensure accurate lease files, and report performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 1–3 years of relevant leasing experience preferred.
• Proven track record in property operations and leasing.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing inquiries, tours, follow-ups, and applications.
• Lead leasing staff including full-time and part-time team members.
• Implement marketing efforts to meet leasing goals and drive traffic.
