Job summary

Envolve Client Services Group seeks a full-time Community Manager for Mission Village of Cheyenne. Responsible for overall property performance, staffing, leasing, budgeting, and resident relations. Travel to Greely and Evan Colorado as needed. Must have Tax Credit experience and valid driver’s license.

Role requires managing budget plans, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws, and leading on-site teams to achieve NOI goals.

Qualifications

• Must have strong financial management skills including budgeting and cost control.
• Experience leading on-site staff and coordinating leasing/marketing activity.
• Fair Housing compliance knowledge and reporting responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the community and staff.
• Lead leasing and marketing efforts to maximize occupancy and NOI.
• Manage budgets and track income/expenses; prepare periodic reports.
• Ensure property and unit readiness and safety standards.
• Coordinate vendor contracts and maintenance projects.
