Job summary

ccmcnet is seeking a proactive Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our Kirkland, WA community. You will manage leasing, maintenance coordination, resident relations, and ensure compliance with laws and company policies.

Responsibilities include coordinating vendors, maintaining records, implementing marketing strategies, conducting inspections, addressing resident concerns, and collaborating with the team to meet community goals. In-person role with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience as a property manager required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Proficient in property management software (Entrata, Yardi, eSite, On-Site).
• Strong administrative and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Familiar with real estate administrative processes.
• Ability to manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations: leasing, maintenance staff, resident relations.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regs, and company policies.
• Coordinate property maintenance with vendors.
• Maintain records of leasing, move-ins/outs, and communications.
• Develop marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Conduct regular property inspections for cleanliness and safety.
• Address resident concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team to achieve community goals.
