Job summary

SUHRCO Residential Properties is seeking a motivated Property Manager to oversee daily operations of our community in Edmonds, WA. The role includes leasing, coordinating maintenance staff, and fostering strong resident relations to ensure compliance with laws and company policies.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of property management experience, strong administrative and communication skills, and familiarity with PM software.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and other applicable laws.
• Proficiency in property management software such as Entrata, Yardi, eSite or On-Site.
• Strong administrative skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with real estate administrative processes.
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
• Experience in facilities management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community, including leasing, maintenance staff, and resident relations.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Manage and coordinate property maintenance and repairs, including working with vendors and contractors.
• Maintain accurate records of all community activities, including leasing, move-ins, move-outs, and resident communications.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain existing ones.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company standards.
• Address resident concerns and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve community goals and objectives.
