Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Community Manager in Round Rock, TX to oversee daily operations, staffing, marketing, and maintenance while delivering excellent customer service. You will ensure safety, compliance, and budget adherence, and drive occupancy and revenue growth.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office. Travel up to 20% may be necessary, with a Monday–Friday schedule and some Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Community Manager experience.
• Advanced MS Office Word/Excel and computer technology skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Regularly inspects the property to ensure standards are met and compliance.
• Develops marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Manages repairs, maintenance, and resident service requests; coordinates budgets and financial reports.
