The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to excellent resident service, compliance, and teamwork across on-site teams.

Qualifications

• Experience managing residential properties.
• Strong knowledge of property operations and budgets.
• Ability to lead and develop on-site staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and implements marketing plans for the property.
• Ensures compliance with tax-credit or set-aside program requirements.
• Maintains budgeted occupancy levels and monitors operating budget.
• Reports on property status including variances and occupancy.
• Aims to maximize Net Operating Income through cost control.
• Handles rent collection, evictions, and write-offs as needed.
• Conducts regular training for staff and manages on-site records.
• Oversees hiring, leasing, maintenance, and vendor contracts.
• Addresses resident issues and coordinates renewals and repairs.
• Develops resident retention, marketing, and advertising programs.
