Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor property budgets and analyze financial statements.
• Set rent rates, collect rent, and review monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices and ensure insurance certificates are valid.
• Oversee leasing, inspections, notices, and renewal leases.
• Lead property staff and manage performance per policies.
• Engage with owners, provide property performance updates.
