Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• 4-6 years minimum property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of an apartment community.
• Set rent rates, collect rents, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor/contractor communications.
• Control expenditures within budget and oversee petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, notices, and renewals.
• Develop marketing/leasing strategies to meet occupancy targets.
• Supervise staff, hire, train, and evaluate performance.
• Maintain owner relationships and provide performance updates.
• Complete accounting, financial, and administrative reports.
