Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a property manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a multifamily property in Austin. You will lead the onsite team, manage budgets, rent collection, and vendor relationships to ensure financial and service goals are met.

Responsibilities include leasing oversight, inspections, and implementing marketing strategies to achieve occupancy. Strong communication and organization are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations of an assigned property and team to meet budgets.
• Sets rent rates, collects rent, and reviews monthly financial status reports.
• Approves invoices and oversees vendor/contractor communications and payments.
• Controls expenditures within the approved budget and manages petty cash.
• Oversees leasing processes, inspections, notices, and renewal leases.
• Develops marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promotes resident satisfaction and ensures maintenance standards are met.
