Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a garden-style community in Clearwater, FL. You will manage staff, drive occupancy and revenue, ensure compliance with policies, and coordinate budgeted goals.

The role requires 4–6 years of property management experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with property management software. On-site work with potential for additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management and operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as a leader, and as a collaborative member of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develops budgets and analyzes financial statements for the property.
• Sets rents and ensures timely rent collection.
• Reviews invoices and coordinates vendor payments.
• Controls expenses within the approved budget.
• Oversees lease enforcement and inspections.
• Analyzes market trends to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Addresses resident questions and service requests.
• Supervises and trains property staff.
• Maintains landlord-owner communications.
• Completes accounting and administrative reports.
