Responsibilities

• Approves invoices from vendors, contractors, and service providers for payment by reconciling work performed or products purchased.
• Controls expenditures by staying within the constraints of the approved budget.
• Oversees the lease enforcement process and manages renewals, inspections, notices, evictions, and late fees as per lease terms.
• Gathers, analyzes, and interprets market trends to implement marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promotes resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and requests promptly; ensures maintenance staff meet company standards.
• Conducts regular property inspections to maintain safety, cleanliness, and appeal.
• Supervises property staff through hiring, training, and performance management.
• Assists in managing client/owner relationships with updates and tours.
• Promotes a positive image of the community and management company.
