Qualifications

• Experience with LIHTC, LURA, and LURC regulations.
• Certification: Certified Manager of Housing and Occupancy within 12 months.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining asset condition and maximizing returns.
• Hire, train, and empower staff; build cohesive team.
• Ensure safety program adherence on-site.
