Columbia Residential in Chattanooga, TN seeks a skilled Community Area Manager for three properties, overseeing finance, operations, leasing, and resident services. You will build and manage property teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive marketability and performance across the portfolio.

Strong leadership, budget analysis, and familiarity with LIHTC/HUD programs are essential, as well as dedication to fiduciary responsibilities and community standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of multisite property management experience including staff management and development.
• Experience with mixed-income mixed-financed properties preferred.
• CPM or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve financial performance objectives and manage portfolio operations within guidelines.
• Lead and develop property management, compliance, leasing, maintenance and resident services teams.
• Ensure REAC/LIHTC/HUD program compliance and accurate record keeping.
