Columbia Residential is seeking a Community Manager for Legacy at East Lake in Atlanta, GA. This role supports the Regional Manager in maintaining the property and improving financial performance, while supervising staff and ensuring excellent resident service.

The Community Manager will oversee daily operations, budgeting, and compliance with LIHTC requirements, with emphasis on maintaining property condition and occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in property management and staff leadership.
• Knowledge of LIHTC, LURA, and LURC helpful.
• Experience with property management software and operations.

Responsabilités

• Hire, train, and empower staff to achieve property goals.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures on-site.
• Deliver strong customer service to residents and vendors.
• Inspect vacated units and coordinate maintenance before move-in.
• Assist in annual budget preparation to meet financial targets.
• Oversee daily operations including marketing, inspections, and capital improvements.
• Handle cash management and accounts payable/receivable.
• Prepare reports and manage associate forms and timekeeping.
