Job summary

Qualifications

• Prompt, efficient, courteous service to tenants with prompt action to resolve issues
• Maintain occupancy targets and manage recertifications as applicable
• Provide direction to and supervise maintenance staff and operations
• Prepare inspections and reports detailing property condition and upkeep
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with team and residents

Responsibilities

• Supervise site staff and ensure compliance with TMAM policies
• Strive for high occupancy and timely recertifications of residents
• Oversee maintenance staff, equipment, and vendor coordination
• Regularly inspect buildings and grounds, reporting deficiencies
• Prepare and respond to correspondence and maintain records
• Handle rent collection, banking trips, and financial records
• Interview potential residents and determine eligibility
• Communicate with Regional Manager and Owners as needed
