Qualifications

• 2+ years of onsite community management experience.
• Basic knowledge of Multifamily Community Management and Fair Housing Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maximizing occupancy levels and property values.
• Support the Community Manager in all aspects of management pertaining to the assigned community.
• Train to assume Community Manager duties in their absence.
