Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 3 years’ property management experience (or a related Bachelor’s degree with 3 years’ PM experience).
• Knowledge of HUD/Section 8/202/811/LIHTC and conventional properties.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, evaluate and discipline staff.
• Manage property office staff; oversee bookkeeping, marketing and lease preparations.
• Supervise social service coordinator and function.
• Assist in budget preparation for the property.
• Market the property in line with Fair Housing and management agent guidelines.
• Submit reports as required by management or government.
• Maintain office files and deposits of all monies received.
• Inspect property daily and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Respond to resident requests and complaints.
