The role reports to the Property Claims Manager and operates from the West Creek Office in Richmond, VA.

A hybrid schedule is available after in-office training. The position requires a college degree or equivalent property and casualty experience, plus 2–3 years in P&C claims and strong

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent in property and casualty.
• 2–3 years P&C experience in claims.
• Experience making liability decisions.

Responsabilités

• Investigate, evaluate, and adjust losses assigned.
• Evaluate and estimate claims using photos, measurements, and platforms.
• Maintain timely contact with insureds and claimants.
• Report activity on claim files promptly in logs.
• Develop relationships with contractors and vendors.
