Qualificações

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in property claims, insurance, construction, restoration, estimating, or related field.
• Understanding of building construction and Xactimate.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate all losses assigned for Virginia Farm Bureau members.
• Evaluate and estimate claims using photos, measurements, estimating platforms, and other available resources.
• Communicate with insureds and contractors; report activity on claim files promptly.
• Advise and mentor other claim personnel as requested.
