You will interface with policyholders, agents, and teams to explain coverage, estimate damages, and move claims forward.

Responsibilities include gathering evidence, preparing reports, and negotiating settlements up to $500,000 while complying with regulations and policy terms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections and assessments of property damages for residential and commercial claims.
• Collaborate with policyholders, agents, and other parties to resolve claims efficiently.
• Interact with parties who express emotions or concerns during inspections or resolutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
• Gather evidence, document findings, and prepare detailed reports.
• Investigate and adjust personal and commercial property claims up to $500,000.
• Evaluate coverage and policy terms to determine claim validity.
• Negotiate and settle claims within authorized limits per policy & guidelines.
