Job summary

Ultipro in Indiana is seeking a Field Claims Representative for Wabash County to handle property claims, interact with customers, and guide cases from investigation to settlement.

You will research applicable policies, regulations, and procedures, maintain licenses such as HAAG Wind & Hail, IICRC, and Drone Pilot, and travel as needed while collaborating with Claims management to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in insurance or related field with knowledge of property claims.
• Ability to research policies, procedures, and regulations and apply them.
• Must be able to travel and work after hours/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handles property claims and interacts with customers filing claims.
• Researches and applies knowledge of policies, procedures, laws, statutes, and insurance regulations.
• Completes all aspects from investigation through settlement of property claims.
• Monitors and adjusts reserves appropriately.
• Discusses potential serious losses with Claims management.
• Trains other claims representatives.
