• Knowledge of property claim evaluation, negotiation, and working with the public.
• Familiarity with building repair industry and computer estimating systems.

Responsibilities

• Handles property claims and communicates with filing customers.
• Researches policies, procedures, laws, and insurance rules as needed.
• Completes investigation through settlement of property claims.
• Monitors and adjusts reserves appropriately.
• Discusses serious losses with Claims management and trains others.
