Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections and assessments of property damages for residential and commercial claims.
• Gather information and resolve claims efficiently with policyholders and agents.
• Explain coverage, estimate damages, and guide insureds through the claims process.
• Prepare detailed reports to support the claims handling process.
• Investigate and adjust property claims with exposures up to $500,000.
• Negotiate and settle claims within authorized limits.
