• Physical agility for climbing ladders, roofs, and navigating structures during inspections.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections and assessments of property damages for residential and commercial claims.
• Collaborate with policyholders, agents, and other parties to gather information and resolve claims.
• Interact with emotionally charged individuals during inspections or resolutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
• Gather evidence, document findings, and prepare detailed reports for claims handling.
• Investigate and adjust personal and commercial property claims up to $500,000 exposure.
• Evaluate coverage and policy terms to determine claim validity and regulatory compliance.
• Negotiate and settle claims within authorized limits per policy provisions and guidelines.
