West Bend Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a Property Claims Director to shape strategy, lead high-performing teams, and elevate the claims experience for policyholders and agency partners.

This senior leadership role requires deep property claims expertise, a track record of developing people, and a passion for operational excellence, data-driven decisions, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Has 10+ years of property claims experience.
• Has successfully led claims teams and managed complex, high-exposure claims for at least 5 years.
• Uses data and insights to drive business decisions.
• Embraces technology and process improvement opportunities.
• Builds strong relationships and inspires teams to perform at their best.
• Holds a CPCU designation or related industry credentials (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the property claims organization, overseeing complex claim resolution and customer service.
• Drive process optimization, automation, and compliance across the claims function.
• Develop and mentor team members to build capabilities and engagement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to adapt to evolving regulatory requirements.
