Qualifications

10+ years of property claims experience.
At least 5 years leading claims teams and managing complex, high-exposure claims.
Uses data and insights to drive business decisions.
Embraces technology and process improvement opportunities.
Builds strong relationships and inspires teams to perform at their best.
CPCU designation or related industry credentials preferred.

Responsibilities
