Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or required depending on role.
• Bachelor’s Degree required for some levels.
• Bachelor’s Degree with claims experience may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigates, interviews, and inspects damage; drives to sites within territory.
• Prepares estimates, determines coverage, and handles questions or litigation.
• Sets reserves, reviews reports, directs experts, and negotiates with attorneys.
• Documents claim files and submits reports for closure.
• Serves assigned territory; may travel for catastrophe duty and training.
