A Property Claim Desk Representative is responsible for handling insurance claims filed by policyholders and inspecting damages reported by policyholders.

Essential Functions

• Investigate claims and obtain relevant facts to determine coverage.
• Write and obtain an agreed estimate of damages when coverage is available.
• Document claim file activities in accurate and timely manner.
• Interact effectively with customers, insurance agents, contractors and other personnel involved in the claims process.

Education / Experience
