Job summary

The Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a goal oriented, customer service professional to provide insurance service and clerical support to the Auto Club's Web Insurance Agents and Members. You will assist members with answering questions, taking payments, counseling, and making changes to existing Property & Casualty insurance policies.

Starting pay range is $20.10 - $26.78 per hour. For full-time roles, eligibility for incentive programs and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years customer service or sales experience
• Experience working in a sales environment strongly preferred.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office software products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well organized, self-motivated, team oriented, adaptable and detail oriented.
• Ability to qualify and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses
